In looking back on past posts I found these translucent bookmarks are missing the verbiage! I did have my site crash about a year ago and it was quite a few weeks before the site was restored. However, it was not restored to its original format. It is one of those things that I know is different though I cannot duplicate it.
I am just glad to have it up and running again and now I am wondering what else might be missing. I will update this one here and add others as I find them.
These bookmarks pictured as the main image were very good selling items at my shows. I kept them in a price range that children could afford as a gift to family or teachers. They are a wonderful hand painted gift for book lovers and they fit nicely in with a greeting card. Making them an additional surprise for the recipient.
To make the bookmark sturdy I laminate it and it is this final step that gives it the translucent quality.
Some customers said they like to hang the bookmark near a light source instead of using it in a book so they can see the design better through the light.
Either way, I am glad the translucent bookmarks are enjoyed and that both the design and the quotes are meaningful to the recipient.
